What data do we collect?

  • When you opt to pay for our products and services through PayPay or Stripe, as merchants of PayPal and Stripe we will only see your name, email address and shipping address. Your name and shipping address is required for us to post your item to you and your email address is needed to send confirmation emails or shipping details directly to you. As merchants of PayPal and Stripe, we will never see your credit or debit card details.

When you make an online purchase from UK Gift Shop, we use your information to process your order. For delivery of orders we use your name, address and telephone number when arranging delivery with our selected courier company. The telephone number allows for them to contact you directly if required or delivery updates being sent to mobile numbers. We store data on our cloud based website software which we manage and maintain exclusively.
